Copyright Policy

Videotok respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.

1. Scope

This policy applies to copyright, trademark, and related rights complaints concerning content made available through Videotok, including without limitation uploaded files, generated outputs, public posts, saved inspiration items, boards, templates, prompts, and metadata.

2. Inspiration Assets and Rights

Videotok may allow users to save, organize, and curate third-party images, URLs, screenshots, posts, or similar materials for inspiration and internal creative workflow purposes.

Saving or viewing third-party material through Videotok does not mean:

that the user owns that material;
that Videotok owns that material;
that the material is licensed for reuse, distribution, commercial exploitation, or AI model-input use; or
that any third-party platform terms no longer apply.

If a user wants to use an asset as a direct AI reference, edit input, training asset, cloning asset, or other model input, the user must have the rights and permissions needed for that specific use.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Videotok infringes your copyright, please send a notice to info@videotok.app with:

your full name and contact information;
a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
the exact URL or other information sufficient to locate the allegedly infringing material on the Service;
a description of the allegedly infringing use;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
your physical or electronic signature.

4. What We May Do

After receiving a complaint, we may in our discretion:

remove or disable access to the reported material;
request additional information from the complainant or the affected user;
restrict the reported asset to inspiration-only status;
block further use of the asset as a model input or public asset;
suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement; and
preserve records reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint or comply with law.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to info@videotok.app including:

your name, address, email address, and phone number;
identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
a statement, signed by you, that the information in your counter-notice is accurate and that you have the right to use the material in the manner complained of.

We may forward your counter-notice to the original complainant where appropriate.

6. Repeat Infringers

Videotok may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly upload, save, submit, publish, or attempt to use material that infringes the rights of others. We may also limit access to specific features, including saving, uploading, sharing, training, or using assets as AI references.

7. Trademark and Other Rights

If you believe content on Videotok infringes your trademark, publicity, privacy, or similar rights, contact info@videotok.app with the relevant details and supporting documentation. We may review and act on those complaints using a process similar to the one described above.

8. No Legal Advice

Videotok cannot provide legal advice about ownership, fair use, licensing, or the legality of any specific user workflow. Users are solely responsible for confirming that they have the rights and permissions required for their use of the Service.
